How Arabic dubbing is still running amidst the Coronavirus lockdown.

To all our dearest clients and partners, we at Belfay Studios would like to inform you that with all the restrictions that were caused by the Coronavirus lockdown on business operations worldwide, our team is doing a great job at keeping the workflow just like it used to be while carefully following social distancing rules. As all of you know that in dubbing industry there is a part of the work that doesn’t require recording studios and voice-over talents, but could be done at home, such as translation, subtitling, Arabic diacritics, proofreading, quality control, as recorded script and more. For instance, our translation team is taking care of all the translation work that we have while staying at home in the same way our subtitling and proofreading team are getting the job done without facing any problems. However, we have some projects still underway at the studio since before the spread of the Coronavirus in Lebanon, thus we are making sure that these projects will be delivered as scheduled by using the right methods to keep our team and our dubbing talents safe. Separate work shifts are being appointed to each individual voice-over actor with the purpose of avoiding any risk of Coronavirus infection among our team and valuable actors while keeping our recording studios active so that we could keep providing the Arab World with all the entertainment they need in these tough times through all the documentaries, TV shows, series, video games, audio books, and cartoon shows that we’re working on. We would like to add that we are completely aware of the difficulties that everyone is facing around the globe and we hope for safety and good health for our partners and clients in the US, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK and everywhere else in the world.

Stay home, stay safe.
